Laws & Regulations

The California legislature produces thousands of new bills every year, and often hundreds eventually make it to the Governor’s desk for signature or veto. Many of these bills are drafted and sponsored by companies attempting to gain advantage against their competition or by special interests trying to reign in certain behaviors. As a business, it is vitally important to pay attention to the legislative and regulatory processes.

Public Affairs

Getting the word out about your organization is vital, as government workers read the news as much as business people and often gauge decisions on public perceptions. Even a photograph with an elected official can be "legitimizing." We strongly encourage and create public affairs efforts with traditional media and, particularly, through earned and social media.
